ULTIM8TEAM – is a team of practitioners, architects, engineers, urbanists, and landscape architects. The studio develops practical solutions that meet the goals of clients, develop the urban environment and increase the profitability of the project.
We are a small studio, so we personally immerse ourselves in each project.

The studio was founded in 2022. We are engaged in complex architectural and landscape design of buildings and urban areas, and architectural supervision of the implementation of objects. We are working on creating an environment that allows everyone to feel like a part of the city
and contributes to the socialization of people.

The ULTIM8TEAM architecture was born from a careful analysis of how modern life is constantly evolving and changing. Not least because of the influence of multicultural exchange, global economic currents, and communication technologies, which together require new ways of architectural and urban organization. We think that to solve today's problems, architecture can be considered a largely unexplored area. We propose a pragmatic utopian architecture that avoids the numbing boring boxes and naive ideas of digital formalism.
